The things honest people have to go thru.,
Very entertaining and informative from beginning to end. The things Honest people have to go thru in order to move forward in business and life. At times Jeannette made me laugh, sad, angry and even almost cry. Politicians should read this book so they can know where to look for the corruption in our cities. It also reminds people what to look out for in there future construction projects.

|Great insight,
Great input into the otherwise unknown world in the construction industry. This book exposes contractors, the Buildings Department and other city bureaucrats who in their own unfair systematic ways control this “World of Construction” — and I must add that anyone who will or have used the services of a moving company can appreciate the insight on their billing practices. The hidden corruption in the world of construction.

|a must buy for any upcoming projects,
I have to say that without this book I’d be lost, it’s terrible the corruption that still exists, so many obstacles put in front of you just to squeeze more money out of you… long story short, I like the personal story about the authors life before getting into the details of the corruption, it makes me feel like I know her on a personal level, and learning that most projects can get done on my own saves me a lot money. so in short, if you have any contruction projects coming up, big or small, I highly recommend this book, or if your just curious about the corruption that people think doesn’t exist, then you really need to read this book.
