2.- If a resolution is not reached, they are referred to Mortgage Resolution Services to complete a short sale, If referred by a realtor, that same realtor will be selected as the listing agent (pending homeowner approval). If no realtor was involved, homeowner may choose from a list of experienced realtors who specialize in short sale resolutions.
